Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and size exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The item must not show any signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.
Size Exchange
We understand that finding the perfect fit is important. If you require a different size, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery. Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
- You received an incorrect item.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The order could not be fulfilled due to an error on our part.
Once your return request is approved and the item has been inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items

- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item received from Urban Couture.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly.
